RT809H - Modificare pentru WIN7

Programmers RT809H produced before July 15th, 2017 (if the series is smaller or starts with 20170715) do not work correctly under Win7, so they need a revision:
1: the resistance of the resistor R26 is initially 12K or 10K; modified parameter 4.7 K
2: Capacitor capacitance C18 initially 106; modified parameter 476 / 10V
3: capacity of capacitor C22 originally 104; Modified parameter 476 / 10V It is
possible to change to electrolytes 47uF-100uF / 16v
